Early Years Childcare Practitioner – Level 3

Described in Westminster by a former Secretary of State for Wales as “one of the best children’s organisations in the country, if not in Europe”, The Venture is an Integrated Children’s Centre in Caia Park with an Early Years Centre, award winning adventure playground, youth club and a range of education, health, child, youth, family and community support services.

The Venture’s Early Years Centre attained outstanding reports from Care Inspectorate Wales and Infant/Toddler Environment Rating Scale (ITERS).  
 

We are currently seeking an Early Years Childcare Practitioner for the daily term time Flying Start sessions catering for children aged 2 and 3 years.

​

The successful candidate will be welcomed into an established and experienced Early Years team and will have the relevant skills, qualifications and experience to ensure the high standard of care and safety for the children is maintained, allowing a full and rich play environment to be experienced.  

16.25 hours a week Term Time only

£9.00 per hour

Current hours of work 16.25 hours per week term time only:    
9 am to 1:15pm Monday
9 am to 12 noon Tuesday to Friday

Due to a possible increased in capacity, hours may change to 
18.75 hours per week for afternoon sessions only from September
12:30 pm to 5:15 pm Monday
    12:30 pm to 4:00 pm Tuesday to Friday
